Think of a retainer as a design subscription for your business. You prepay for a certain number of hours or tasks each month, ensuring you have priority access to your designer. This eliminates delays caused by waiting for quotes or proposals and guarantees that your branding, marketing materials, and digital assets are handled by someone who understands your business inside out.
This program caters to businesses seeking to maintain consistent branding materials but may lack the resources or necessity to hire a full-time designer.
Opting for a retainer package ensures a discounted rate for services, effectively reducing monthly marketing costs for the company or organization.

Opting for a retainer package ensures a discounted rate for services, effectively reducing monthly marketing costs for the company or organization.
Each month, you'll have a guaranteed volume of artwork, providing stability and predictability to your creative assets.
Pricing is predetermined monthly for the services and agreed-upon content volume, alleviating concerns about fluctuating design prices and fees.
By choosing this approach, you gain access to the knowledge and expertise of a professional designer without incurring the overhead of hiring a full-time employee.
This type of agreement can be a great option for busy business owners or professionals who need ongoing graphic design work done. It can also be helpful for agencies who need to outsource extra work on a regular basis.
If you’re thinking about entering into a retainer agreement with me, here are some things to keep in mind:

• Make sure that we're both comfortable with the terms of the agreement.

Every retainer package requires a commitment of at least 3 months. After this initial period, we will review the program to ensure that the allocated hours align with your business needs. Subsequently, we can discuss extending the commitment to 6, 9, or 12 months.
Each retainer comes with a specified number of assets per month. Any excess assets incurred during the month will be billed accordingly, a discussion of which will take place when the request is made.
Unused assets will expire at the end of each week. This practice ensures effective time allocation for your projects on a monthly basis, allowing for efficient workload planning.
Invoices are issued on the 15th of each month and are payable upon receipt via debit or credit card. The invoice will encompass your monthly retainer rate and any additional charges from the previous month in case of exceeding the allotted hours
We will start with a 30–45-minute meeting, which will be, via phone so I can hear more about your expectations and so that we can get to know each other. I want to learn all about you, your business, and your goals. We’ll go over your business needs and upcoming projects.
First Payment
Once paperwork has been signed and documented, I will accept first payment, and we will go over the month's projects, timelines, and priorities.
You're All Set!
We will repeat the process each month for the remainder of the commitment term you selected.
Revisit Your Contract
At the end of your commitment term, we will review your contract to see if you want to adjust the number of projects reserved each month before signing again.
