Every retainer package requires a commitment of at least 3 months. After this initial period, we will review the program to ensure that the allocated hours align with your business needs. Subsequently, we can discuss extending the commitment to 3, 6, 9, or 12 months.
Each retainer comes with a specified number of assets per month. Any excess assets incurred during the month will be billed accordingly, a discussion of which will take place when the request is made.
Invoices are issued on the 13th of each month and are payable upon receipt via debit or credit card on or by the 15th. The invoice will encompass your monthly retainer rate and any additional charges from the previous month in case of exceeding the allotted hours
